Osteria Posto itself is a huge, beautiful space that lends itself equally to big celebrations and business lunches. The interior is dressed up with leather seating, pops of green and blue, and gorgeous lighting. For the warmer months, Osteria Posto also has a huge patio area that I definitely need to revisit.
The margherita pizza at Posto is a classic. The pizza had beautiful large pieces of basil that were slightly charred & crisp from the oven, Posto’s signature Neapolitan light & chewy crust, fresh mozzarella, and a simple San Lorenzo tomato sauce. Nonna’s meatballs are another must order item. The meatballs are made with a beef / pork / veal mixture, covered in melted mozzarella, and served in a warm pomodoro sauce.
The prosciutto pizza was generously topped with prosciutto di parma, arugula, mozzarella, San Lorenzo tomato sauce, and an anchovy vinaigrette. The brussels sprouts pizza was a lighter option with the sprouts broken up into layers with a perfect touch of char, so you’re not chowing on entire sprouts. Sharing the pizza with the sprouts is mozzarella, applewood smoked bacon, and a fresh over easy egg. It was perfect for a rainy day & New Years resolutions season!
Osteria Posto serves lunch from 11:30am – 2pm Monday through Friday, with dinner service starting again at 5pm 7 days a week.
